BAGHDAD, Aug. 15 (UPI) — Washington is making an effort to make sure Iraq remains a very dangerous place, a spokesman for the party loyal to anti-American cleric Moqtada Sadr said.

500g klim
1small tin nestle cream
1cup sugar
1cup icin sugar
1 1\4 cups water
3oz butter
Ground baddaam
Rub the klim and nestle cream together, put in food processor and sift it.
Boil the water, sugar,icing sugar, n butter together for 5mins.
Mix syrup into klim mixture. Leave overnight.
